Nicole Romany founded Anchored Care with a clear purpose: to provide dependable, compassionate, and personalized support that allows older adults to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. With more than 15 years of experience in home care, caregiver mentorship, and operational leadership, Nicole brings deep expertise and an unwavering commitment to the families she serves.

Nicole began her career as a part-time caregiver while raising her daughter, discovering early on a natural ability to connect with clients, support families, and deliver care with dignity and respect. Her dedication, work ethic, and genuine compassion quickly set her apart, and over time she grew into leadership roles that allowed her to mentor caregivers, strengthen care standards, and guide families through important decisions.

Anchored Care reflects everything Nicole believes in: reliable support, meaningful relationships, and the importance of remaining anchored to home, community, and independence. Her firsthand experience—from hands-on caregiving to operational oversight—gives her a unique understanding of what families truly need to feel safe and supported.
